This Project consists of façade work on two primary facades, reconstruct brownstone trim, window surrounds and band courses. On 1st Avenue, reconstruct entrance portico and slate roof, reset stone coping stones and flashing at parapet and plaza pavers at rooftop. Correct rusted steel lintel conditions and reset window mullion beauty caps. CB: Manhattan 3 Project #: PV788-FAC / EPIN: 85026B0078 Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. There will be an optional pre-bid conference. Details will be provided in the PASSPort procurement. This contract is subject to Special Experience Requirements. *This project is subject to Community Hiring requirements.* This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released throughout PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal.
