Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals, through competitive negotiation, for the award of
one or more term contracts to provide professional engineering and asset management services for
Fairfax County’s wastewater system. Services shall be performed in accordance with the technical
specifications, regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and contractual terms outlined in this
