Project Description: The County of Montgomery wishes to seek proposals from highly experienced Consultants to provide comprehensive advising, training, and technical assistance (TA) in support of the County’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and overall data management strategy for the Continuum of Care (CoC). The consultant will play a key role in supporting the County’s capacity to collect, manage, analyze, and report high-quality data on homelessness in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
