Montgomery County, Ohio, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural/engineering (A/E) firms for the renovation of all public and staff restrooms within multiple court buildings throughout the County. The scope of work includes comprehensive upgrades to ensure full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), improve functionality, and modernize finishes and fixtures.

The selected firm will be responsible for providing design, planning, and construction administration services for the renovation of restrooms across multiple facilities. Key objectives include ADA compliance, adherence to all relevant codes and standards, and the delivery of durable, high-traffic-ready solutions with minimal disruption to daily courthouse operations.

Interested firms should demonstrate experience with ADA retrofits, public sector projects, and occupied government facilities. Firms must also exhibit the ability to manage multi-site projects within established timelines and budgets.
