The Roseville City School District (“RCSD” or “District”) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified vendors to provide enterprise-grade, E-Rate eligible Ethernet Switch LAN equipment

The District reserves the right to make noaward or to negotiate final award terms consistent with E-Rate requirements. All award decisionswill be documented with sufficient rationale and contemporaneous records to satisfy E-Rateaudit and review obligations.IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN THIS RFPThe following documents are included as part of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The goal of this initiative has been tocreate a homogeneous infrastructure that maximizes resources in managing the network whilereducing maintenance and training costs.For this funding year, RCSD intends to maintain and expand its existing network by addingswitches as needed across the District and supporting the opening of a new school site.3Roseville City School District - Category 2 Deliver by 2:00 p.m. (PST) January 6, 2026Request for Proposal 26-915INTERNAL CONNECTIONSEthernet Switched LANPROJECTThe District seeks to build additional capacity and density into its existing Ethernet networkinfrastructure. The goals of this proposal and project are to:● Fill in network gaps and add new equipment as the District grows or needs arise● Replace existing switches that are End of Sale (EOS) or End of Life (EOL)● Provide 1 Gbps network connectivity to all connected devices● Provide PoE+ power capability to connected devices● Provide 10 Gbps uplinks on all core switchesProposed solutions should meet or exceed these goals and the requirements listed throughout thisRFP.
