Bids are being solicited for an annual price agreement for traffic signs, blanks and materials. The City anticipates making four (4) to six (6) orders of various signs per year with approximately 500–600 signs per order, and with a low percentage requiring custom artwork. All signs must conform to the latest version of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Invitation to Bid shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

Please note that the City of College Station is not responsible for high internet traffic/demand at or near the time the response packages are due and that firms submitting their response package during peak traffic times risk their submittal not being received by the due date and time.
