1. Has there been an environmental assessment on this facility, or will that be a part of the

scope of work under the CM?

a. To our knowledge there has not been an environmental survey. There may be

limited testing needed.

2. Will there be any sort of mandatory site visit?

a. There is not a mandatory site visit schedule.

3. Just to clarify we are to deliver the RFQ package to the architect’s office in Atlanta?

a. No. Hard copies to be delivered to me at 702 E. Madison St. and email to Karen

Gravel at karen.gravel@lordaecksargent.com .

4. Is there a deadline for questions?

a. Deadline for question is 2PM Tuesday January 20th. Answers provide Friday

January 23rd.

5. Please clarify maximum page count. Page 4 and page 18 conflict.

a. 50-page, page count.

6. Please clarify the number of hard copies required for submission. Page 7 and page 18

conflict.

a. 2 copies and thumb drive.

7. Please clarify which format we are to follow for submission of qualifications. Page 5 and

page 18 start the outline, and both seem to be structured a little differently.

a. Please follow page 5 guidelines.

8. Please clarify the rubric criteria for evaluating qualifications. Page 3 and page 21 do not

correlate.

a. Page 3 criteria for reviewing the qualification statements and 21 for reviewing

the interviews.
