However, yes, we will need to addfilm on the center-window of the triple-window combination unit. All the bathroom windows on Levels 2& 3 are either already covered with existing panels/film or we have noted on the drawings for film to beadded. The existingVCT flooring in Corridor-B127 just outside the Level 1 bathroom renovation area used asbestoscontaining black mastic. The existing VCT flooring in the Level 3 Corridor just outside the Level 3bathroom renovation area (labeled room #H300 in the report & B301 in the Construction Drawings)used asbestos containing black mastic. The existing VCT flooring in these corridors is not scheduled to bereplaced as part of this project. However, there are small amounts of VCT that extend into the existingdoorways (between the door jambs) of the existing bathrooms that will need to be removed. Oneadditional item of note… there are a few room numbers in the report that differ from the room numbersin the Construction Drawings. When referencing room numbers in the report, reference the labeled floorplans at the end of the report for locations.h) Question: As far as the bid bond, will a printed copy be accepted or do you need the actual hard copyfrom surety? Response: We will need an original copy of the bid bond document as part of your bidpackage, not just a printed copy.i) Question: Please provide name and contact information for existing HVAC controls contractor for thefacility.
