At that time, representatives of the City of Burnsville will open the bids publicly and post the results.
Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	There is a pre-bid walkthrough for bidders, which is scheduled for July 9, 2025 at 11:00am at the project site, west stair tower located at 12751 Pillsbury Avenue, Burnsville, MN. The pre-bid conference is not mandatory, but interested bidders are encouraged to attend.

Bidders can download the Contract Documents for $42 by searching for the project on the QuestCDN website’s Project Search page or selecting the Engineering/Public Work Bid link and then the project on the Burnsville website. Bidders can also view the Contract Documents at either website free of charge. For this project we will accept only online electronic bids through QuestCDN. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City.
