Description:	The work under this contract consists of the demolition and sealing of one well head located in the City of La Crosse. The work shall be in compliance with the Wisconsin DNR’s requirements for well abandonment and sealing (NR 812.26). The work shall follow all be executed under the requirements of the City’s standard details, The City Standard Specifications and these Special Specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work as indicated on the plans and in these Special Specifications. Pre-Bid Walkthrough Perspective contractors may perform a pre-bid walkthrough upon request of the Water Superintendent. Walkthroughs may be requested between 8 am and 2 pm during business days. Attendance is not required to bid.
