Overview

Summary

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified companies for the production and installation of full and partial wraps for seven (7) electric buses used in the My Ride Rock Hill transportation system. The scope of work also requires the removal of current graphic wraps.

Background

This procurement is funded in whole or in part by the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Accordingly, the federal clauses in Attachment A are required to be included to the extent that they are applicable. If any federal clauses are inconsistent with provisions found elsewhere and are irreconcilable with such provisions, the requirements in Attachment A, "Federally Required Contract Clauses,” will prevail to the extent that they are applicable.
