Summary The OPI Glove Shop, located at the Madison Correctional Institution, is seeking bids to complete maintenance/repair services on a Greenheck outdoor Air Unit; Model RV-25-71-C-E1. All proposals must be in compliance with the current State of Ohio contract for Statewide HVAC maintenance and Repair, Contract Index MAC038.	Predecessor Contract
Process * **This is a second round to the sourcing project to allow another opportunity to visit the job site and submit a proposal.*** All bids and inquiries must be submitted through OhioBuys. The solicitation adheres to the dates provided in OhioBuys, shall any changes in the dates be necessary, such information will be posted in OhioBuys as well. NOTE: A MANDATORYsite visit will be held Thursday, July 29, 2026 at the Madison Correctional Institution located at 1851 State Route 56 London, OH 43140-0740 to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The site visit will commence promptly at 10:00 AM EST, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to their arriving after the site visit has convened.
