Project Description

The Water Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for professional services to provide a comprehensive business process review of the Water Authority’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. Contractor shall identify and, upon consultation with and approval of internal stakeholders, implement system configuration and business process changes to improve functionality and minimize manual processes to realize maximum benefits of the software investment. Contractor shall work with Water Authority staff to identify requirements and recommendations for custom modifications to the system.
