The MUHA is seeking SC LLR licensed Construction Managers for a project utilizing the CM@Risk delivery method for the following services: Pre-construction services, including design assist with trade partners and construction services should the MUHA and CM@R come to a mutual agreement on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in the Greenville/Pickens County Area.
