Bid 2025-059 will be opened that same day at approximately 09:30 AM EST in the Board of Commissioners Room on the second floor (ground level).
Please note that if you have previously filled out the Affidavit of Compliance for the year 2025 it is not necessary to send another one.

BID PROPOSALS will be received bySara Scharnowske, Financial Analyst for Berrien County at 701 Main Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085, untilWednesday, July 9th at 9 AM, local time. Proposals can be submitted into the drop box at the Northentrance of the building, or directly delivered to the Financial Services department on the 4th floor.Please note that this BID PACKET contains only one PRIME WORK PACKAGE.Envelopes containing the BID PROPOSALs must be designated as:“BID PROPOSAL for PRIME WORK PACKAGE CONTRACT,For BC Sheriff’s Dept – Fence & GatesFor Job Number 9104.2-1County Bid # 2025-059”Please note that for your BID to be considered, a physical copy must be submitted.
