This Project consists of the interior renovation and change of use of the decommissioned FDNY firehouse at 299 Degraw Street, Brooklyn to house the Noel Pointer Foundation non-profit music school. Construction scope will include restoration of exterior masonry and replacement of windows and doors. partial underpinning of existing party wall on west side as well as new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, IT, and AV systems. CB: Brooklyn 6 Project #: PV957DGRW / EPIN: 85026B0058 Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. There will be an optional pre-bid conference. Details will be provided in the PASSPort procurement.
