On-Call Geotechnical and Material Testing Services RFP
The City of Upland is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide on-call geotechnical and materials testing services, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) geotechnical investigation and testing services and services for preparing design recommendations, plans and other contract documents for Public Works construction projects within the City.
