RFP 26-27-06 Construction Management Services for Digester 9 Construction

• Deadline: October 15, 2026, at 2:00 pm
• The City is requesting proposals from qualified, properly licensed Construction Management (CM) firms with demonstrated expertise in public works construction oversight, wastewater treatment facility construction, and CM services for complex process‑mechanical infrastructure. The selected firm will provide comprehensive Construction Management services for the construction of Digester 9 at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility, located at 7579 Avenue 288, Visalia, CA. The CM will serve as the City’s representative throughout construction and will be responsible for delivering full construction-phase management including daily field observation, schedule and cost tracking, documentation control, inspection coordination, labor compliance monitoring, and contractor communication.
