Direct questions to the listed Purchasing contact by the questions deadline. • Provide the firm’s legal name, contact information, designated project lead, proposed team, and relevant event marketing experience and references. • Describe the proposed approach, availability, approximately 20 hours per week of service through event day, and ability to deliver the initial assessment within 72 hours after authorization. • Identify proposed creative asset quantities and formats, available audience resources, reporting methods, and any exceptions to the scope. • State the total professional fee, included services, proposed payment terms, and all exclusions. Itemize proposed third-party costs separately; identify estimates and assumptions. Services may begin only after the City issues written authorization to proceed and any required agreement and purchase order. Submission of a quote does not authorize work or expenditures.
