Description: Town of Christiansburg Purchasing Office 100 East Main Street Christiansburg, VA 24073 ADDENDUM #3 November 14, 2025 Quick Quote 26500007 for Office Renovations at the Christiansburg Recreation Center This Addendum #3 supplements Quick Quote 26500007 for Office Renovations at the Christiansburg Recreation Center as indicated below. The following questions have been asked (answers are in red): Does the construction need to start before January 16, 2026, or be finished by January 16, 2026? The construction needs to be completed by January 16, 2026. Can the Town purchase the materials for the Contractor so that the Contractor does not have to pay taxes on the materials? No, the purchase of the materials is at the Contractor’s expense, and all applicable taxes will be paid by the Contractor. Regarding the removal of the tile bench in the lobby, could we leave the back concrete masonry units (CMU) in place and laminate drywall over top of it?  It would extend about 1” or 2” beyond the existing drywall and windows above. This alternate solution would be acceptable to the Town.   Please see Attachment I for a sketch of this alternate solution. A revised Attachment C (sample quote sheet) is included in this Addendum.  This quote sheet is for reference only.  This exact quote sheet is not required for the Quick Quote.  Any quote sheet containing the same information will be acceptable. All other terms and conditions in the Quick Quote remain the same. The due date and hour remains November 19, 2025, 3:00 PM, EST.
