NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

HVAC Replacement and Tenant Improvements

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, April 15, 2025

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening via Zoom, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for the Administrative Offices HVAC Replacement and Tenant Improvements project, located at 3373 Mount Baker Hwy, Bellingham, Washington. This project primarily includes HVAC system replacement, as well as other tenant improvements that include (but are not limited to) interior and minor exterior Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical renovation and repair work, as described in the accompanying bid documents.

Award will be made to the lowest qualified responsive / responsible bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
