Background

The Baltimore County Police Department (BCPD) Tactical Unit has purchased the Velocity Systems SCARAB Vest LE (SC10) and related accessories periodically in recent years. This solicitation will establish a multi-year Supplier Contract that will allow BCPD to procure these items on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term.

The current needs of BCPD will result in an initial order of 4 complete sets.

Bidders are requested to consider the anticipated ongoing purchasing needs when preparing their proposals and to provide the most competitive per-unit pricing available.
