The Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Washtenaw, a Michigan Municipal Corporation has the following property for auction.

Property Type: Two parcels with cell tower leases suitable for aggregate mining, to be sold together

Land Area: 85.519 +/- Gross Acres

Location: 6900 M-52, Sharon Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan

Zoning: Resource Conservation District

Tax ID #’s: O-15-11-400-005 and O-15-11-400-002 (together, the “Property”)

Deadline: Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Sealed bids for the Property must be received by the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) at its offices at 555 North Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 (“Bid Deadline”). Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes and plainly marked on the outside as to the contents including:
