The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide services that will ensure the underground storage tanks at four separate installations can provide reliable fuel storage and meet operational fueling needs. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 131760, Underground Storage Tank Monitoring & Testing and Contractor Business Name.

Contractors are not required to visit the worksite.-Contractors are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid.-Contractors providing a bid without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk.-Contractors can schedule a worksite visit by contacting the following respective Points of Contact POCs for each location:
