The Middlesex County Office of Aging and Disabled Services is seeking a qualified consultant to provide consulting services to complete Age-Friendly Assessment and Action Plan. Middlesex County has identified the benefits of an Age-Friendly Assessment and Action Plan, and this initiative aims to guide Middlesex County to a more Age-Friendly County, as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The contract that will be established as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a fixed-price contract commencing April 1, 2025, until June 30, 2026.
