1. Night Vision Binocular - Model NE5032 with and without or approved equivalent.	Specifications : The result of this bid process will be to create a Master Agreement for Night Vision Binoculars Model NE5032 with and without mount. Please see attachment for complete specifications made a part of this RFQ. All bid responses must include all documents requested in Appendix C Cost Response, bid items pricing spreadsheet. Failure to submit documentation may result in bid being disqualified. For your electronic response in Vendor Self Service, please put "0" in the price field. Bids without this information may be rejected. Each attachment must be smaller than 2MB in size.
