Sealed Bids for the construction of the “2025 ROGERS COUNTY S. 4120 - FISHER ROAD

REHABILITATION PROJECT” BID #2026-22 consisting of approximately 1,030 LF of

Processing Existing Base & Surface and 1,030 LF of Asphalt Pavement with associated

appurtenances located in Sections 1 & 2, T-20-N, R-15-E, IB&M, Rogers County, Oklahoma will

be received by Rogers County Board of County Commissioners, at the office of the Rogers County

Purchasing Agent, located at the Rogers County Courthouse, 200 S. Lynn Riggs Blvd., Claremore,

Oklahoma 74017, until 2:00 pm on the 12th day of December 2025, then opened and publicly

read aloud in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room at the Rogers County Courthouse, 200 S. Lynn

Riggs Blvd., Claremore, Oklahoma 74017 at the regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Monday

the 15th day of December, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room at the Rogers

County Courthouse, 200 S. Lynn Riggs Blvd., Claremore, Oklahoma 74017, at 2:00 pm on the

2nd day of December, 2025. All prospective Bidders must attend.
