Item Information Item # 1: ( 72-15 - 13 ) Painting Occupied Office Spaces on 4th floor of City Hall Annex. The project consists of painting walls, ceilings, and trim throughout the Fourth Floor of the City Hall Annex. The City will select final paint colors after contract award in coordination with the successful bidder. This project is funded with Federal Funds. Respondents will be verified for their eligibility to receive Federal Funds and must comply with all Federal Regulations including Part 200. The work shall be performed in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149 and shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, tools, transportation, permits, cleanup, and incidentals necessary to complete the work described herein.
