Project Description: DESCRIPTION: The Town of Palm Beach is seeking proposals to provide 90 Octane Ethanol Free gasoline to fuel the Police Department's boat on an as needed basis for the period commencing upon award. Fueling facility must be on the water with dock access for a 34-foot center console boat and be within 10 nautical miles of the Town of Palm Beach Brazilian Docks (500 Brazilian Avenue, Palm Beach, FL 33480) where the Palm Beach Police boat is housed (between Lantana and the Blue Heron Bridge). Fueling hours of operation must be at minimum from 7 AM- 9 PM.
TERMS: Award of this Bid shall be for a term of 5 years contract.

SUBMISSION: The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Bonfire, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION: Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
