WWTP LAB CONTRACT
Bids will be received in a sealed envelope, marked “WWTP LAB CONTRACT” to the Auditor of the City of Lima, attention Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, until 10:00 o’clock a.m., Lima Time, on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Purchasing Department is located on the 3 rd floor of the Municipal Building, 50 Town Square. Outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified. Bids will then be opened and read aloud for:

Selenium must be reported at or below 1.0 ug/L.2. NPDES samples may be required to be picked up at the WWTP with a sameday request at no additional charge.3. All costs shall be included in the per item pricing, including bottles andsample pick-up, reporting and all other fees.4. Turnaround times must be 10 or less business days at all times.5. Turnaround times of 5 days or less shall be accommodated on anoccassional basis at no extra charge.6. Fees are acceptable for requests of anything less than a 5 day TAT andshall be quoted when requested.The City of Lima reserves the right to add up to two (2) additional years to the contract for 2027 and 2028.In the space provided below, please indicate the percentage increase, if any, that would be realized if thoseadditional years are added:2027%2028%"The City of Lima will consider all bid/RFP submissions to be public records, subject to disclosure under Ohio’s PublicRecords laws.
