Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids through competitive sealed bidding for the purpose of receiving proposals from qualified contractors to provide Concrete Services for the Solid Waste Tipping Floor Repairs. It is anticipated that one contractor will be selected using the competitive negotiation procedure, as outlined in the Virginia Procurement Act.
