    Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Human Services (DHS), intend to enter into an agreement for up to 24 months with Articulate Global, LLC for cloud services referred to as Articulate 360 AI.

    Articulate 360 AI, which includes but not limited to; support services, updates and/or modifications will be used by DHS to custom e-Learning courses. Information obtained by Articulate Global, LLC is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source.
