REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR 2025 PURCHASE OF SINGLE-HEADED AND DOUBLE-HEADED STREETLIGHT STRUCTURES

The City of Saint Peter, Department of Public Works, Electric Utility is requesting formal written proposals for the following equipment:

1.    (2) Double-headed streetlight structures and (5) Single-headed streetlight structures. Each structure shall include the following items: fixtures, cross-arm, pole, photo-control, receptable, brackets/attachments, and anchor base. Technical information, part number, and finish for each individual item are shown in the included City of Saint Peter Utility Standard Detail link. All items in the proposal must match the Standard Detail. Formal proposals written on company letterhead must include the following information: cost per structure; total cost, freight, and expected arrival date in Saint Peter. No Friday, Saturday, Sunday deliveries and 48-hour notice prior. The City of Saint Peter is tax exempt.
