Description: Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Utah County is seeking proposals from qualified mechanical contractors for the purpose of establishing a pool of preapproved contractors. These contractors will be expected to deliver a comprehensive range of mechanical services�including system maintenance, remodels, and new construction�across various county-owned facilities. Selected contractors will support the county�s operational needs on an as-needed basis, ensuring the mechanical systems remain functional, efficient, and compliant with applicable standards. Following a thorough evaluation of all submitted proposals, Utah County reserves the right to award ongoing contracts to multiple contractors at its sole discretion. Proposals are submitted through the Bonfire eProcurement platform through the State U3P account.
