Description: The City of Bothell is soliciting bids for the demolition of 9 existing park structures and the removal and disposal of hazardous materials at the Former Wayne Golf Course (Front and Back 9 – Schedule A), and the North Creek Forest (Schedule B). The project is divided into two schedules (A–B) for bidding purposes.  Bids are due July 29th, 2026, at 3:00pm. An optional site visit will be held on July 21st, 2026, at 8:00am beginning at the Former Wayne Golf Course Front 9 – 16721 96th Ave NE, Bothell WA. 98011.
