Bid Title:	PROPOSED WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE FARMS AND OLD POST ROAD WATER DISTRICTS

Description: Sealed proposals for Proposed Water Supply Improvements for The Farms And Old Post Road Water Districts will be received by the Town Board of Bedford, New York, at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford, New York 10507, until June 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in said office. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install a treatment building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site and drainage work. Other related work shall include submersible well pumps, a filtration system, a chlorination disinfection system, and an ultraviolet (UV) treatment system, as well as preparing, restoring and cleaning the project area all in accordance with the plans and Specifications as directed by the Engineer and Town. The project is located adjacent to David Lapsley Road in the Town of Bedford. The project must be completed by March 31, 2027. See attached plans and specifications.
