Copies of plans and specifications will be available any time after 9:00am on May 13, 2026 , and can be seen or purchased for a Non-Refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com . Information regarding this project can be found in the “Public Jobs” link on the website. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, telephone number is 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.

The sealed bid will be accepted up to, but no later than, 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, at the office of Noland Road Community Improvement District, 4315 S. Noland Road, Suite B, Independence, MO 64055. The lowest and best qualified bidder will be considered the awardee subject to the approval of the Owner’s board of directors.

Each bidder, before being allowed to bid, shall give a surety, (bid Bond) in an amount of 10% of the Contractor’s total bid price on the base bid, and placed in the sealed bid envelope.

Contractors shall submit a list of subcontractors as part of their bid submittal.

Contractors agree to comply with all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 USC Sec. 12 101 et.seq. as well as 28 CFR Parts 35 and 36 and 29 CFR Part 1630, as applicable and as amended from time to time.

Contractors agree to comply with the current Missouri Division of Labor Standards Wage and Hour Section Annual Wage Order for Jackson County, Missouri (Section 048), and with Missouri prevailing wage requirements pursuant to Sections 290.210 to 290.340, RSMo, as amended, and applicable prevailing wage regulations.
