Notes	GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools USD #233 (or the "District") is soliciting bids for SolarWinds Support and Maintenance Renewal. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the attached instructions and Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable provisions of the specifications. SCOPE: The District intends to contract for the renewal of annual maintenance for its SolarWinds monitoring/management solution, as specified in the Line Items section of this RFB. The subscriptions will be for a 3-year term, paid annually. Bidders will propose a lump sum cost for the total 3-year term and will fill out the pricing spreadsheet as part of their response, as well as, attach a quote/agreement form that lays out the annual cost for each SKU.
