GENERAL:

These specifications have been written to describe the minimum equipment and performance requirements to be

supplied by the equipment manufacturer bidding. Reasonable tests may be conducted upon delivery before

acceptance.

The successful bidder shall furnish all necessary and appropriate information and instructions for the proper operation

of the equipment.

The vehicle shall be new/unused, current or later model year production.

All prices submitted shall be firm and inclusive of all associated costs necessary for delivery and acceptance, including

documentation, processing, and administrative fees.

The vehicle shall be supplied with all standard equipment and accessories indicated in the manufacturer’s published

literature/brochure unless specifically deleted as stated in this specification. Optional equipment necessary to meet

the requirements of these specifications should be installed.
