NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR APXNext PORTABLE RADIOS 26-075-ETSB on or before August 21, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Emergency Telephone System Board (“ETSB”) is seeking bidders to furnish and deliver Replacement Batteries for Motorola APXNext portable radios. Replacement batteries shall be IMPRES™ GEN2 LI-ION (4400 mAh), Item #: NNTN9216B. Substitutions or refurbished batteries shall not be accepted. Batteries shall have a minimum one (1) year replacement warranty.

The County requires Batteries be delivered no later than November 30, 2026. Multiple shipments shall be accepted.
