Notes	The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified vendors for custodial services for Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center and Parks & Recreation Administration Offices. The first contract period will begin upon award and run through June 30, 2027. The City of Ames reserves the right to renew the contract for up to four (4) additional 12-month periods, each running July 1-June 30. See the Activities tab for Pre-Bid Meeting details. Attendance is strongly encouraged. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
