The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, June 12, 2026 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time).

The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide high-quality, durable, and safe 4-seater fiberglass pedal boats for recreational use in our public parks and water bodies. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and delivery of pedal boats. The goal is to enhance the recreational offerings of our parks and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.
