Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 P.M., on January 28, 2025, (addendum 2) 2:00 P.M., on February 6, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened.
