B5868: Requirements Contract for Asbestos Bulk and Air Sampling, Analysis and Project Monitoring

• Schedule B Waiver is due on or before: June 10, 2026, 4:00 P.M.
• Bid Due Date and Time: June 29, 2026, 4:00 P.M.
• Bid Opening Date and Time: June 30 2026, 11:00 A.M.
• Pre-Bid Conference: April 20, 2026 at 11:30 A.M., on Microsoft Teams Live. The link to register to attend the Pre-Bid Conference is here . We recommend that proposers download the free Microsoft Teams Application on their computer and/or mobile device to participate in the Teams Live Event in advance of the conference and attendees should plan to log in 5 minutes prior to the conference start time.

Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and supervision required and necessary to inspect for asbestos, monitor asbestos projects, report on and describe Asbestos Containing Materials, suspected Asbestos Containing Materials and their condition, approximate the quantity of damaged material, analyze thermal and miscellaneous ACM materials, collect bulk/air samples, and analyze and prepare reports and ACP-5 forms as requested, signed and sealed by the NYC DEP certified Asbestos investigator in schools and other buildings.
