Scope of Work:

Scope of Work: Removal and replacement of existing roofing and flashings on sections A, A1, B1, B2, and D.

Sealed bids for the Roof Replacement at Florence Drake Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on February 5, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
