Municipal Facility Condition Assessment

Charlestown, RI Municipal Facilities

The Town of Charlestown is soliciting Proposals to provide a detailed overview of the

condition and necessary repairs for each municipal facility/building within the Town of

Charlestown. The Town is seeking the services of a professional, qualified firm for this

project. Sealed bids shall be received no later than JULY 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Town

Clerk's office, 4540 South County Trail, Charlestown, RI. 02813. Envelopes shall be

marked in the lower left-hand corner "RFP- Charlestown Municipal Facility Condition

Assessment Project.”

The bid award shall be made by the "evaluated method.” The Town reserves the right to
