The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department invites Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit statements of qualifications to provide professional services for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) M echanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services within Irving, Texas. Texas Engineering Registration is required.

The City of Irving intends to utilize an IDIQ contract for fast tracked high priority projects related to MEP designs and projects.

Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.

Please call the individual listed on the solicitation if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment.
