Rehab of a 40 by 40-foot corrugated metal building located at 45 Apache Road, Evergreen, Colorado 80439. The work consists of roof replacement, side wall replacement, door replacement, new trim, and weatherproofing.

The County will endeavor to use the following timetable for the Bid process through to the completion of construction:
May 4, 2026 Request for Bid publicly advertised and available to Bidders
May 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM Bids submittals due
June 9, 2026 Anticipated contract award date
June 16, 2026 Anticipated earliest issue of Notice to Proceed
October 31, 2026 Substantial Completion
November 30, 2026 Ready for Final Payment

All Work shall be constructed in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents provided in the Bidding Documents. All Bids shall be made on the Bid Form furnished in the Bidding Documents. Complete submittals must be submitted as a PDF.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities that may be in the best interest of the County.
