REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS GWINN TEEN CLINIC REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE Gwinn High School 50 West M-35, Gwinn, MI 49841 DUE DATE: Thursday, May 1, 2025 by 12:00 P.M. local time

The Marquette County Health Department (MCHD) seeks proposals from Qualified Contractors to do repairs and upgrades at the Gwinn Teen Clinic (GTC) located in the Gwinn High School at 50 West M-35, Gwinn, MI 49841. This clinic is managed and staffed by MCHD. Proposals must be submitted no later than Noon (EST) on Friday, May 1, 2025. Proponents must use the Bid Proposal Form enclosed in this Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit it by mail or in person in a sealed envelope, which identifies the proponent and states “GTC – Repairs and Maintenance Bid”. Proposals must be delivered to: Marquette County Administration 184 US 41 East Negaunee, MI 49866. Proposals will be opened and read aloud on the date, time, and place mentioned above.
