Summary

This project involves (3) major phases including: Phase 1 - construct a temporary Fire Station 3 to conduct firefighting operations from during new construction. Phase 2 - demolish existing Fire Station 3 and construct a new Fire Station. Phase 3 - demolish temporary Fire Station 3 and return site to pre-construction conditions. The project is currently in design and permitting status. Design development drawings are attached to this solicitation to provide better understanding of project requirements.
